We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager HR with strong exposure to Retail HR operations and experience handling multiple retail stores . The role requires hands-on expertise across the employee lifecycle and proven team-handling capability .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for multiple retail outlets
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and exits
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies
- Partner with business and store leadership on HR strategy and people matters
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver consistent HR support across locations
Desired Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Retail HR
- Prior experience managing HR for multi-store retail operations
- Strong team handling and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and retail workforce dynamics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
