We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager HR with strong exposure to Retail HR operations and experience handling multiple retail stores . The role requires hands-on expertise across the employee lifecycle and proven team-handling capability .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for multiple retail outlets
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and exits
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies
• Partner with business and store leadership on HR strategy and people matters
• Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver consistent HR support across locations

Desired Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Retail HR
• Prior experience managing HR for multi-store retail operations
• Strong team handling and stakeholder management skills
• Sound knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and retail workforce dynamics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
