Deputy Manager FP&A

Please Note: The Screened candidates will have to go through a Live Excel Test, before proceeding for Interviews, hence we require someone with good Excel Knowledge, this is Fintech role.

Functional Responsibilities

• Validate monthly fcst output from Data Science Team
• Work with business finance teams for business reviews with model output
• Work with data science team to improve accuracy and improve adoption
• Work closely with data engineering teams on reviewing data ingestion/validation
• Validate and tie-outs Actual and Forecast scenarios
• Collaborate with Cockpit and HFM teams surround mapping files and database structure

Support the predictive fast agenda

Key Skills/Experience Required

Identify any differentiating expertise required for success in the role.

• MBA finance
• 5-6 year of relevant finance experience
• English level of 100% (reading, writing, conversational)
• TM1, HFM experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
• Good communication skills to communicate with higher levels concisely and precisely
• Passion for companys digital transformation agenda
• Ability to work as a team player and support cross functional teams
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with exceptional planning and time management skills
• Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong collaboration/ matrix management
