                                                             Key Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 1.       1. Accounting: Manage accounting of specific business type/product adhering to the monthly and quarterly closure timeline. Also engage in automation of robust accounting procedure for smooth reporting procedures.
  • 2.       2. Analytical Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • 3. Team Development: Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among departmental teams. Mentor and guide junior staff, enhancing their professional development and skill sets. 
  • 4.       4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating organizational goals and initiatives. 
  • 5.       5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks associated with financial operations. Participate in audits and implement recommendations for process improvements.
  • 6. Interpersonal Skills: Well presented with interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Highly efficient in time management skills

 

 

                                                Key Requirements – Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Preferred experience in Insurance Industry. 
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel skills
