                                                             Key Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processing for coinsurance and reinsurance transactions, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.

2. Reconcile partner statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

3. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers related to reinsurance recoveries and liabilities.

4. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and support audit requirements related to reinsurance and coinsurance.

5. Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives within the AP function

 

 

                                                Key Requirements – Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Preferred experience in Insurance Industry. 
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel skills
