Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

Treasury Management:

·       Daily monitoring and management of bank accounts and cash flows.

·       Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure optimal fund utilization.

·       Handle banking relationship for term deposits, BRS, and liaison with banks for service requirements.

·       Manage investment of surplus funds in approved instruments as per internal policies.

·       Support daily & monthly treasury reporting and reconciliations.

Taxation (Direct and Indirect):

·       Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

·       Manage GST input-output reconciliations and assist in GST audits.

·       Prepare TDS workings, ensure timely deposit of TDS, and filing of TDS returns.

·       Assist in tax assessments, audits, and responding to tax authorities’ notices.

·       Ensure tax compliance on vendor payments, salaries, and other statutory payments.

·       Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.

Other Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for tax and treasury matters.

·       Support financial audits, due diligence, and internal reviews related to treasury and taxation areas.

·       Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices in treasury and tax operations.

·       Assist in documentation and maintenance of finance and compliance records.
