Job Title : Finance & Accounts : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Job Summary

We seek a seasoned accounting professional with 510 years of experience to manage financial

operations for our manufacturing and project-based trading activities. The ideal candidate

brings expertise from the Windows and Faade sector, ensuring robust compliance, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and project profitability statements.

Monitor cost allocations across manufacturing, installation, and project sites.

Handle GST compliance: Timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, with reconciliation against GSTR-2A/2B.

Manage TDS, TCS, and Income Tax filings and payments.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants for seamless audits.

Ensure adherence to Companies Act and other statutory regulations.

Track project-wise costing, billing, revenue recognition, Work-in-Progress (WIP), material consumption, and site expenses.

Reconcile subcontractor bills with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and work completion

certificates.

Develop project profitability analysis, variance reports, and insights.

Oversee raw material inventory (aluminium profiles, glass, hardware) tracking,

consumption, and physical-to-books reconciliations.

Support costing for finished goods, job work, and manufacturing cost controls.

Monitor receivables aging and drive collections.

Supervise and mentor accounting team members.

Implement strong internal controls, documentation standards, and support ERP system

enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent.

Experience: 510 years in accounting/finance, preferably in Windows/Faade

manufacturing & trading.

Location & Work Arrangement : Delhi (Office + Site visits as needed). Full-time role.
