Deputy Manager Finance Account

Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting:

• Prepare standalone & consolidated financial statements as per IND AS/AS
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures
• Revenue recognition in line with IND AS 115
• Lease accounting as per IND AS 116
• P&L preparation and project profitability analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Audit & Compliance:

• Handle statutory, internal, concurrent, and stock audits
• Prepare SOPs and RCMs for finance operations
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance

Taxation:

• Manage GST registration, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
• Ensure direct tax compliance, ITR filing, and tax audits
• Manage TDS compliance and return filing

Process Improvement:

• Identify revenue leakage and cost-saving opportunities
• Drive automation in finance processes
• Improve O2C (Order to Cash) and R2R (Record to Report) processes
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for business decisions

Technical Skills:

• SAP (S/4 HANA preferred), Tally
• Advanced MS Excel & MS Office
• Knowledge of GST & Income Tax compliance

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Candidate Profile:

5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

CA (Inter / Qualified) with BCom (Hons) degree

Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and process improvements

Exposure to ERP systems and automation tools
