Deputy Manager Finance Account

We are looking to add a high-calibre Finance & Accounts professional to strengthen the finance leadership of our group.

This role is designed for someone who can think beyond traditional accounting and contribute at a strategic and business level, particularly in real estate project finance and financial planning.

The selected candidate will initially work closely with the senior finance leadership and promoters and will gradually take on larger responsibilities across the groups finance and accounts functions.

Key Responsibilities

* Financial planning, MIS, and strong financial controls

* Real estate project feasibility, costing, and financial modelling

* Structuring financial information for banks, lenders, and project funding

* Cash flow management and financial strategy

* Strengthening systems, compliance, and internal processes

* Supporting business decisions with data-driven financial analysis

Profile We Are Looking For

* Around 1218 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

* CA / equivalent finance qualification preferred

* Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or project-driven businesses

* Strong capability in financial modelling, project feasibility, and structured finance

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and think independently

* High level of accuracy, integrity, and leadership capability
