We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with 57 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, HANA Database administration, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). This role requires close collaboration with infrastructure, development, and functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of SAP systems across both on-premise and cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support SAP systems across the full project lifecycle, including installations, upgrades, and migrations.Perform HANA DB administration, including upgrades, backups, recovery, scaling, and performance tuning.Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancement packs, and patch management to ensure security and compliance.Monitor and optimize SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, HANA DB, BTP) using tools such as SAP Cloud ALM.Provide proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident management, project delivery, and system enhancements.Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident resolutions.Support BTP landscape administration, including application management, connectivity, and integration with SAP systems.Drive automation and scripting for monitoring, administration, and operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to IT security, compliance, and audit requirements.Qualifications57 years of SAP Basis experience.35 years of hands-on HANA Database administration experience.12 years of BTP platform administration experience.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA system architecture (on-premise and cloud).Proven experience with system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations.Familiarity with monitoring automation and scripting tools (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
