Key Roles & Responsibilities
Bancassurance strategy & execution Responsible to maintain the Management Information System and provide insights and analyze the data Prepare Daily/Monthly Dashboard and initiate in automating them Assist the central team and sales channel in creating powerful dashboards to be shown to the Senior Management Maintain relationships with various sales channels and other internal customers Support the organization by executing the programs and initiatives of the company Maintain the governance through rigorous follow ups with sales teams Coordinate between the various teams involved and ensuring alignment between multiple stakeholders including the Key Accounts Manager, National Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager Produce accurate and timely reports of the program/project status throughout its life cycle and host & present at Governance team meetings Implement changes and interventions where required to improve upon the project Compliance & Adherence Ensure all the activities including conducting R&R (Reward & Recognition) and conducting new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirements
Key Requirements – Education & Certification
Graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
Excellent communication, coordination skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, relationship management and soft skills are required Proven experience of 1+ years in the similar role is required Preference will be given to the candidate with Bancassurance/ General Insurance industry background/ Sales Support/Data Analysis/Dashboard Expert Proficiency in Excel is a must
