  • Any Graduate 

  • Strong Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Negotiating, Verbal &written Communication Skill 

  • Strong Computer Knowledge and Technical Skill (Dialer, Excel, Word) 

  • Strong People Management Skill 

 

Key Requirements-Experience & Skills 

 

  • Total Experience must 5+ Years. 

  • Minimum 2-3 Years’ Experience as a Sales Team Leader in a Domestic or International BPO. 

  • Candidate with experience selling insurance or Banking Product would be given Preferences.
