Job Description

  • Should Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving Sales via tele calling model. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, Problem-Solving, Expert in Health Domain will be an added advantage. 
  • Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement 
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
  • Attrition management. 
  • Managing team size of 10 to 15 callers directly for telesales. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, people management Problem-Solving, Expert in Health Domain will be an added advantage
