- Should Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving Sales via tele calling model.
- Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, Problem-Solving, Expert in Health Domain will be an added advantage.
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
- Attrition management.
- Managing team size of 10 to 15 callers directly for telesales.
- Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, people management Problem-Solving, Expert in Health Domain will be an added advantage
