Job Description

 Good understanding of medical Terminologies and insurance Terminologies  Call prospective customers of insurer for taking medical history through structured Tele Medical Interview  Ask reflex questions in case of any medical adversity  Take complete details of investigation and treatment completed by customer.  Health Risk Assessment  Conduct Assessment of risk parameters associated with Health NSTP proposals as per defined  Underwriting guidelines via Tele calling / medical check Up basis the product guidelines.  Ensure NSTP Accident & Health proposals sourced by Direct Business Group Channel are processed within the defined TAT  Adherence to underwriting guidelines & SOP's  Adherence of various processes in A&H underwriting to ensure compliance with filed products and other regulatory requirements  Provide system approvals for proposals /policies / endorsements based on authority levels  Provide extended support during the month end.  Assist Manager in publishing weekly monthly or adopt reports to higher management
