· Use AI tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to explore ideas and speed up work.

· Share design solutions confidently with clear reasoning, and improve them based on feedback.

· Think creatively about what works best for both users and the business.

Must-Have Skills

· Strong skills in Figma and knowledge of design systems.

· Good visual design sense to balance beauty with usability.

· Experience using AI tools for design or content creation.

· Great communication skills, with the ability to talk confidently about design ideas.

· Openness to feedback and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

· Skills in motion design (animations, micro-interactions).

· Basic video editing experience.
