Job Description

    • Managing brokers relationship. 
    • Ensure profitability by sourcing desirable products mix of health products.     
    • Monitor, Review & Intervene to achieve Team Productivity and Growth in Channels & Business 
    • Monitor, review & Intervene to implement strategic levers for profitability, Loss Ratio and manage expense/BDE
    • High engagement with partners through Governance structure, sales activities and identify new revenue stream opportunities
    • Manage Retention and focus on Increase in Retention %age with specific activities at Partner level
    • Create & Implement training programs for Partners
    • Provide periodic feedback in structured format - pricing, market intelligence, product to underwriters and product team
    • Identify and reduce TAT of Discrepancy in policy transactions and cheque bounce % and ensure 64VB compliance across  
    • Adhere to Mandated Training Hours / Processes 
    • Communicate Goals & Achievement Criteria to the team (Goal Setting)
    • Communicate Targets to Channels / Agents 
    • Periodic Reviews with Sales Managers, feedback, sharing of company s objectives & align them accordingly
    • To participate in ensuring administrative governance, conduct, discipline and implementation of people practices within the team
