Job Description

  • Responsible to deliver team budget  

  • Team Management: Supervise and support team, conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, updated and feedback, Mentor and train new and existing team members 

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through call review and performance metrics, set performance goals and objectives for the team, provide constructive feedback and develop action plan for improvement 

  • Customer service: Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards, handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively 

  • Reporting and analysis: identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction, collaborate with other departments to streamline operations 

  • Administrative Duties: Manage schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels, handle administrative tasks related to team management
