Job Description
Responsible to deliver team budget
Team Management: Supervise and support team, conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, updated and feedback, Mentor and train new and existing team members
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through call review and performance metrics, set performance goals and objectives for the team, provide constructive feedback and develop action plan for improvement
Customer service: Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards, handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Reporting and analysis: identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction, collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
Administrative Duties: Manage schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels, handle administrative tasks related to team management
