Comfortable to Multi task, calls and Emails together
Insurance Experience is required
VRM should possess strong verbal and written skills.
Previous experience on inbound/outbound calls and emails is essential
Comfortable to work in flexible Shifts, Rotational Weekly offs (Including Weekends – shifts between 8.00am to 7.00pm)
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
Handled VIP customers in previous organisations
Good Communication skills
Multi lingual
