Job Responsibilities -
Comfortable to Multitask, calls and Emails together
Insurance Experience is required
VRM should possess strong verbal and written skills.
Previous experience on inbound/outbound calls and emails is essential
Comfortable to work in flexible Shifts, Rotational Weekly offs (Including Weekends – shifts between 8.00am to 7.00pm)
- Graduate
- Female Candidates only
Key Requirements:
Handled VIP customers in previous organizations
Good Communication skills
Multi lingual
Strong Relationship Management skills with Intermediaries as well as Institutions
Immediate Joiner (if possible)
