Deputy Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility

Key Roles & Responsibilities  

• End to end CSR project management      

• Program management - Design, manage, implement and monitor CSR projects      

• Partner Management - Scout for partners, NGOs and projects, communicate with partners during all stages of the project 

• Volunteering and other initiatives - Manage other social initiatives of the organization such as corporate giving, employee volunteering, and environmental     impact reduction programs. 

• Record keeping - Ensure that all records are received and maintained in MIS ad portal. Prepare analytical reports as required 

• Payment Processing - ensure all partner & vendor payments are processed seamlessly      

• Marketing - Strategize promotional and marketing plan for visibility      

• Stakeholder engagement - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, NGOs, community groups 

• Reporting and compliance - Monitor and report on the company's social and environmental impact, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare CSR reports 

                                                    Key Requirements – Education & Certificates 

• Degree in Social work will be preferred 

• MBA/MSW/Graduate 

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills 

• At least 5 years' work experience 

• Experience of working in the social sector or in social development activities, Volunteering program management experience will be preferred. 

• Hands on proficiency in MS skills – especially excel & ppt 

• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and data analysis skills. 

• Dynamic personality with good communication and interaction skills 

• Should be proactive      

• Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills. 

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including community groups and NGOs. 

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve CSR objectives.
