What we are looking for in a candidate:

1. Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture key
2. demographics and present them with viable proposals.
3. Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
4. Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
5. Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
6. Achieve revenue targets.
7. Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices
8. Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
9. Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
10. Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.

Desired Skills and Experience-

1. Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking
2. University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
3. MBA from a reputed B - School
