Deputy Manager - CAE

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• '- Strong knowledge of Automotive NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) 

  - Perform free-free and fixed-free modal analysis 

  - Analyze motor & transmission whine noise; provide proven countermeasures 

  - Expertise in signal processing and use of DAQ systems (e.g., Scadas XS) 

  - Conduct vibration & acoustic measurements at system and subsystem levels as per ISO standards 

  - Design and validate fixtures for system-level measurements
   
  - Perform motor & transmission assembly NVH measurements 

  - Apply acoustic holography for identifying noise-prone areas and prepare reports 

  - Carry out vehicle-level NVH testing, consolidate observations, and communicate with suppliers
   
  - Body squeak rattle noise at vehicular level experience 

  - Vehicle level NVH testing experience

  - NVH target generation and EOL specifications definition
