Job Purpose
To provide customized lending solutions for business loans, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients for business loans through channel partners/open market sourcing.Build, retain and maintain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to generate business.Effectively engage with credit, operations & risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concernsStay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clientsConduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery process.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
