Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Bancassurance Strategy & Execution
• · Identifying new product and processes and taking care of existing product development and processes
• · Raising triggers where the location is not performing
• Monitoring team engagement levels and is responsible for product promotion by co-branding and pushing it to the partner • Engagement with the team
• · Accountable for the engagement with the product and central team of the bank and acting as a point of contact of Zonal Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager
• · Managing any issues and in charge of providing the required information
• Coordination with internal team
• · Responsible for the coordination and training of product processes to internal and external team (channel partners) members
• Compliance & Adherence
• Ensuring all the activities including conducting R&R (Rewards & Recognition) to following new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement
