Job Description
Operational Responsibilities
- Responsible for intensive lead generation and supporting the channel partner
- Ensuring the completion of the training calendar and accountable for the training needs at the local as well as the branch level
- Achieving Lead Adequacy Ratio (LAR) & Lead Conversion Ratio (LCR)
- Achieving the budgeted GWP, wallet share, unit penetration, value penetration targets, line of business wise targets and channel wise targets
- Responsible for daily updating of the engagement tracker and sales tracker
- Ensuring daily branch visits and other partner engagement
- Zero tolerance on mis-selling as well as customer escalation has to be addressed on priority
Compliance & Adherence
Adhering to statutory and regulatory norms (specifically to distance marketing applicable to tele channels)
