Deputy Manager

• Manage Business Financials and prepare for business review meetings.  
• Engage in Financial Planning and analysis and Publish Monthly dashboards. 
• Support the President’s office by driving strategic initiatives, tracking high priority projects, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders (internal & external). 
• Be part of all strategic meetings and ensure all documentation and follow ups. 
• Assist with strategy planning exercises – AOP, Long Range Strategy support and its execution. 
• Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders. 
• Work closely with the Leadership team on new projects, events / commitments, 
• Monitor tasks delegated by President to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines. 

• Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverable. 
• Maintain confidentially and privacy at all times in respect of these and any other communications which are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities. 
• Manage effective relationship with all business stakeholder for better productivity. 

Desired Skills 

• CA or MBA from a reputed school with 2 – 5 years of experience.  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Well versed with MS office ( Power point, Excel, Word)
• Work closely with the Leadership team on new projects, events / commitments, 
• Multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. 
• Abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.
