About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to manage and improve the quality processes for our Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) portfolio, including Dry/Steam Iron, OTG, Rice Cooker, Kettle, Mixer Grinder, Personal Grooming products, Chimney, Gas Stove, and other kitchen appliances. The role requires strong technical expertise, supplier management capability, and hands-on problemsolving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Technical Reviews and ensure adherence to APQP processes for new and existing products.
• Develop, review, and maintain PFD, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and PPAP documentation.
• Lead endtoend Supplier Quality Management, including supplier selection, onboarding, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead RCA and implement effective corrective/preventive actions using methodologies like 8D and DMAIC.
• Ensure consistent quality through process monitoring, audits, and testing.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for product development, validation, and production readiness.
• Maintain quality reports, dashboards, and documentation for review.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards relevant to SDA products.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PFD, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and quality control methods.
• Experience with supplier audits, development, and performance improvement.
• Proficient in structured problemsolving tools (8D, DMAIC).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
• Hands-on understanding of SDA products and related quality requirements.

Preferred Background

• Experience in Small Domestic Appliances / Consumer Electronics industry.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes, reliability testing, and product validation.
