Deputy Manager - Admin, Facilities & Project Management

· Manage offices in Kerala locations in terms of Facilities, Administration and Infrastructure

· Manage Operational Expenses (Opex & Capex) and do budget planning for cluster.

· Office equipment management Ensure min 100% uptime of all office equipment’s

· MIS Dash board management

· Complete learning module

· Extensive travel to handle Branch & DO offices across Kerala.

· Technical expertise to handle Annual Maintenance Contracts for office equipment’s (Airconditioners,

UPS, Security systems (CCTV, FAS, IDS, Access control, Fire Extinguishers, Diesel Generators, AV

equipments etc) & Services like Pest control etc.

· Evaluate the requirement of office equipments for purchase, replacement inline with market

availability.

· New initiatives to introduce cost effective systems / office equipments & reduce expenses.

· Explore updated tech systems to add into Maintenance contracts.

· Raise POs & Renewal of AMC contracts in advance with updated terms & conditions.

· Co ordination with AMC vendors for PM schedules, Services, Payments and QBRs.

· End to end Management of Annual Maintenance Contracts for PAN India for all office equipment’s and

services.

· Manage Operational Expenses (Opex & Capex).

· Budget management for Kerala branches including DO.

· Lease agreement management for Branch & DO Offices across the cluster.

· Branch visits as per schedule

· MIS Dash board management.

· Meet Audit requirements for Kerala offices.
