Deputy Manager - 6-8 Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Sales Reconciliation

• Perform reconciliation for major marketplace channels including Myntra Omni, Myntra PPMP, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata Cliq (Prepaid models).
• Track order-wise sales vs. payments and ensure timely closure of variances.
• Follow up on pending order payments with marketplaces and partners.
• Track invoice-generated but delivery-pending orders in coordination with warehouses.

RTV & Logistics Accounting

• Ensure timely closure of pending RTV (Return to Vendor) cases.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for RTV and reverse logistics closure .
• Calculate and book forward and reverse logistics costs .
• Create provisions for logistics and commission expenses .

Partner & Franchise Accounting

• Calculate partner payments after margin computation .
• Send weekly outstanding statements to franchises and partners.
• Follow up continuously for collection of outstanding receivables .
• Resolve partner and franchise queries related to loss reimbursement, rent, CAM, and revenue sharing .

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare weekly debtors ageing reports for management review.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for:
• Sales vs Receipts
• Payments & collections
• Logistics & commission costs
• Share sales and returns data with MIS team for P&L reporting .
• Prepare monthly sales reports for uploading in Tally .
• Prepare daily and monthly receipts & payments MIS .

Audit & Compliance

• Accountable for handling receivables audits and responding to audit queries.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in AR processes and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in E-commerce Accounts Receivable & Marketplace Reconciliation
• Hands-on knowledge of B2B and Marketplace payment cycles
• Expertise in order-wise reconciliation, logistics accounting, and RTV handling
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and Tally
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
