Job Description:
- Performance Management
- Framework Development: To design and manage the company's performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. This often involves managing a performance management software or platform.
- Performance Appraisal Process: To oversee the entire performance appraisal cycle, providing training and support to managers and employees to ensure the process is fair, effective, and timely.
- Linking Performance to Rewards: A key function is to link performance outcomes to compensation decisions, such as salary increases, bonuses, and promotions, ensuring a "pay-for-performance" culture.
- Manager & Employee Training: To train managers on how to conduct effective performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set meaningful goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: To analyze performance data to identify trends, high-potential employees, and areas for improvement, providing insights to senior leadership.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Program Design: To design and develop comprehensive compensation and benefits packages that are competitive within the industry and compliant with legal requirements. This includes salary structures, bonus plans, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Market Analysis: To conduct regular salary surveys and market research to ensure the organization's pay scales and benefits are competitive and attract top talent.
- Job Evaluation: Responsible for job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative worth of jobs and establish internal equity.
- Budgeting & Administration: To manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs and oversee their administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
- Legal Compliance: To ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant laws and regulations in India, such as the Payment of Wages Act and the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act.
Qualifications Required: Graduate with any discipline + MBA | MMS
Experience Required: Min.5 Years
