About the Function:

Mobile Marketing is a key pillar within the marketing function, focused on reaching, engaging, and converting users through mobile-first platforms such as smartphones, tablets, and mobile apps. This team leverages data-driven strategies and personalized campaigns to deliver high-impact marketing across channels like push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, mobile web, and more. The goal is to meet users where they are most active and drive meaningful engagement that supports business growth.


About the role:

Join India’s leading travel brand as we accelerate our mobile growth journey! We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven mobile marketing professional to lead our app user acquisition efforts. In this role, you will strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google UAC, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and more. You will be instrumental in driving high-quality installs, maximizing ROI, and contributing to business objectives through sharp performance marketing and data-led decisions.

What will you be doing:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and implement robust paid marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and mobile growth targets.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and other key platforms.

  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics; leverage insights to improve ROI and meet defined KPIs.

  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost efficiency.

  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to produce impactful ad creatives, messaging, and landing page experiences.

  • Customer LTV & Retention: Coordinate with the CLM team to engage user cohorts through remarketing channels like Google UACe, RevX, and Criteo.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Revenue and Product teams to drive funnel improvements and conversion through targeted offers and product enhancements.

  • Student GoPass: Partner with the Product team to grow and establish Student GoPass as a scalable acquisition channel.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • MBA from a reputed institute with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, demonstrating a strong track record in running and scaling paid campaigns

  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat Ads; exposure to other platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok is a plus.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from performance data and drive data-backed decisions

  • Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications will be an added advantage

  • Creative Understanding: Good understanding of creative elements and their role in driving campaign performance
