Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion

• Identify global market gaps through marketing insights.
• Plan geo-expansion strategies using strong domestic brands.

Brand Launch & Expansion

• Develop rationale for new brand launches globally.
• Introduce successful domestic brands into international markets.

Marketing & Operations Coordination

• Improve execution speed through marketing-operations collaboration.
• Align supply/operations with market demand.

Therapy-Focused Brand Strategy

• Select brands for global therapy segments.
• Create attribute mapping for geographic positioning.

Portfolio Management

• Build strong brand & marketing strategies.
• Optimize product mix and tail-end brands for profitability.

Execution & Monitoring

• Ensure KPI-based marketing execution.
• Identify risks/opportunities early and recommend corrective actions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in pharmaceutical marketing or portfolio strategy
