About Our Client: A fast-growing youth hostel chain, focusing upon redefining travel for millennials and Gen Z.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end operations across a cluster of properties
• Drive SOPs across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Facility Management, and Maintenance
• Own P&L, budgets, and financial performance at the cluster level
• Build and mentor high-performing property teams
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage online reputation
• Collaborate on sales, marketing, and revenue growth initiatives
• Drive adoption of PMS, RMS, and CRM platforms
• Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance across all units

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 815 years of hospitality experience, with 4+ years in multi-property roles
• Has worked with budget/lifestyle/backpacker hotel brands
• Is a strong people leader with a data-driven, process-oriented mindset
• Holds a degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
• Is comfortable owning a P&L and driving results in a fast-paced environment
