Role Description

We are seeking a Deputy General Manager of North Sales for a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The role involves overseeing and managing the sales operations in the northern region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, leading and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring smooth customer service operations. The selected candidate will also collaborate with other departments and report progress to senior management.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Proven experience in General Management and Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to maintain and enhance client relationships.
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in sales management or a similar role; familiarity with the regional market is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
