Strategic Marketing Planning : Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
Brand Management : Strengthen brand visibility through integrated campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
Lead Generation & Sales Support : Collaborate with sales teams to design campaigns that generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
Digital Marketing Oversight : Manage SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and website optimization to maximize reach.
Market Research & Analysis : Conduct competitor benchmarking, analyze buyer trends, and identify new opportunities.
Event & Promotion Management : Organize property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to attract potential buyers.
Budget Management : Plan and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and external agencies.
Team Leadership : Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
812 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
Strong knowledge of real estate markets, buyer behavior, and regulatory frameworks (RERA compliance).
Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
