Job Title - Deputy General Manager Marketing
Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead brand positioning, architecture, and storytelling for Catering Collective, including luxury brands like Blue Sea Catering and Araya Bagh.
- Drive new brand creation: naming, identity, narrative, and GTM.
- Build in-house scalable food court brands for Lifeco across cuisines and price points.
- Define customer journeys and ensure cohesive luxury experiences across all touchpoints.
- Manage brand architecture for Lifecos multi-brand ecosystem (in-house & franchise).
2. Culinary, Product & Experience Integration
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to develop theme-led menu concepts.
- Convert culinary ideas into client-facing narratives, decks, and experiences.
- Drive chef collaborations and create scalable food-court formats inspired by these partnerships.
- Champion guest experience as a core brand pillar.
3. Content, Communications & Campaigns
- Lead integrated content strategy across owned, paid, and earned media.
- Develop campaign platforms, social media strategies, and influencer programs.
- Oversee creation of pitch decks, brand films, video content, invitations, and PR kits.
- Drive Lifeco footfall and repeat-consumption campaigns.
4. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Own digital lead generation for both Banquets & Catering and Lifeco (SEO, paid media, email, remarketing).
- Track ROI, conversion funnels, and campaign performance in partnership with digital teams.
- Identify martech requirements and drive adoption.
5. Sales Enablement & Business Impact
- Align closely with sales teams to ensure marketing drives revenue outcomes.
- Build high-impact sales assets: case studies, themed menus, decks, tasting experiences, digital toolkits.
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI, and reporting.
6. Networking & Consumer Insights
- Represent the brand at industry events, showcases, and partner collaborations.
- Build networks across hospitality, F&B, real estate, and lifestyle industries.
- Leverage firsthand insights for campaign and brand optimization.
7. Team & Agency Leadership
- Lead an 8-member in-house marketing team, including design.
- Manage creative, PR, and performance agencies.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
Qualifications
- 1015 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium F&B, lifestyle, or high-end consumer brand marketing.
- Proven success in launching/repositioning food-led or experience-led brands.
- Strong balance of brand vision, creative storytelling, and digital performance marketing.
- Experience managing small, high-impact teams and agency networks.
- Excellent aesthetic, narrative, and experiential sensibility.
