Job Title: Deputy General Manager Finance

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:

The Deputy General Manager Finance will play a strategic leadership role in managing the South financial operations, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial performance, and supporting business growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial regulations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Drive annual budgeting & forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Monitor financial KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership review.

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage cash flow and liquidity planning.

Cost Optimization & Profitability

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
• Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis for new projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Commerce Graduate with MBA in Finance.
• 1215 years of progressive experience in accounts / finance function.
• Strong accounting knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Industry Background:

• Media, Advertising, Experiential Marketing, or similar related sectors.
