We are seeking a proactive Security Outbound Product Manager / Architects with 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity product management and presales. The ideal candidate will not only provide technical expertise during RFPs and lead architectural solution design but will also play a key role in driving revenue generation through strong customer relationships. The candidate should have established sales contacts and be able to influence deal closures by positioning comprehensive security solutions that span SOC, EDR, GRC, network security, firewalls, cloud security, OT security, and data security. In addition to technical expertise, managing TCV, ACV, funnel, and pipeline is a critical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Leadership & RFP Support:
    Collaborate with presales teams to provide in-depth technical advice and lead security-focused proposals across various domains, including SOC, EDR, GRC, network security, cloud security, OT security, and data security (encryption, DLP, key management).
  • Security Architecture & Solution Design:
    Architect and design tailored security solutions that meet customer requirements, integrating multiple technologies such as SOC, network, cloud, OT, and data security to ensure scalability, compliance, and security effectiveness.
  • Revenue Generation & Customer Relationships:
    Actively engage with customers to build strong relationships and influence deal closures. Leverage existing sales contacts to help drive the business pipeline and generate revenue from security product offerings. Be a trusted advisor to customers, positioning solutions that meet their long-term security needs.
  • Product Feedback & Enhancement:
    Work closely with internal product management teams to provide feedback based on customer interactions and market insights, helping shape the future direction of security products across data security, SOC, cloud security, and more.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Management:
    Oversee key financial metrics, including total contract value (TCV), annual contract value (ACV), funnel, and pipeline, and ensure these metrics align with business growth objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Partner with presales, sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, with a focus on delivering and positioning holistic security solutions across technologies like EDR, SOC, network security, and cloud security.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Selling:
    Be actively involved in customer conversations during the presales phase, offering expert solution selling and architectural design input that aligns with customer security challenges, helping to secure business outcomes.


Key Qualifications:

  • 15-18 years of experience in cybersecurity product management, presales, or solution architecture, with expertise across SOC, EDR, GRC, network security, firewalls, cloud security, OT security, and data security (encryption, DLP, key management).
  • Proven ability to lead and influence RFP processes and solution architectures for enterprise security environments.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with a history of engaging customers to generate revenue and help close deals.
  • Established sales contacts and relationships with customers in the cybersecurity space.
  • Experience managing business metrics, including TCV, ACV, funnel, and pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Senior Manager-level or equivalent experience in a cybersecurity or technology company.


Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with MSSP models and familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Proven ability to integrate network, cloud, and data security into comprehensive, scalable security architectures.
  • Deep understanding of the global cybersecurity landscape, particularly in the cloud and OT security domains.
