DGM – CRM (Registrations)
Reports to: VP CRM
Experience: 9-12 years in CRM or Real Estate Sales Operations
Team Size: 4-6 CRM Executives / Managers

What Success Looks like in 1 Year:
- Achieve 95% accuracy in registration documentation and processes
- Reduce registration cycle time by 20%
- Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4.5/5 related to registration experience
- Standardized registration workflows across all projects
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all registration activities for new customers
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely documentation and approvals
- Develop and implement registration SOPs and ensure adherence
- Build strong relationships with customers during registration to foster trust and confidence
- Monitor and report registration KPIs and process bottlenecks
- Conduct regular training for CRM team on registration protocols
Must Have Experience (Non Negotiable):
- 10+ years experience in CRM or customer onboarding in real estate/developer firms
- Proven track record of managing registration processes at a large scale
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and compliance procedures
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Haves (Can be learned on-the-job):
- Experience with CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of local registration laws and procedures in Pune
- Familiarity with legal and finance documentation related to property registration
