Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy General Manager-MR with 5 to 7 years of experience in Pharma Research & Development. Responsibilities
Lead the research and development projects to ensure timely and successful completion.Oversee the compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all research activities.Provide strategic direction for the development of new pharmaceutical products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected during research projects.Develop and implement protocols for efficient data management and analysis.Monitor the progress of research projects and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.Facilitate communication between research teams and other departments to ensure alignment.Conduct regular reviews of research methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings for senior management.Ensure the proper documentation and archiving of all research-related materials.Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in research processes.Mentor and guide junior researchers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Pharma Research & Development with 5 to 7 years of experience.Demonstrate expertise in PV data management PV Case Processing and PV Medical Review.Exhibit excellent project management skills to oversee multiple research initiatives.Show proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality assurance in pharmaceutical research.Have strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Display excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings.Be adept at using research software and tools for data management and analysis.Possess a proactive approach to identifying and solving research-related challenges.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
