 Role 

Lifecycle team focuses on the following areas:

• Engagement (RnR, Welfare) - Conduct campaigns that aims to increase engagement (hours logged in , orders/partner) and influence positive behavior from partner through positive reinforcements 

• SLA - Maintain committed SLAs like ABRTG ( Accepted but refused to go) , Delay etc through negative reinforcements 

• Retention - Increase the retention of partners in the platform through med-long term initiatives 

• Training and Communication - Ensure Partners are equipped and trained to perform at their best on the platform while continuously engaging with them through different channels of communication

• 3PL Vendor lifecycle management

Head of lifecycle is expected to:

• Own end to end & ensure all lifecycle processes are designed well and are being conducted effectively 

• Ensure lifecycle metrics are meeting targets; Ideate and come up with ways to continuously improve on above mentioned areas

• Hiring & performance management of the entire lifecycle team

• Hire & develop the right people within lifecycle team

• Conduct time to time reviews on the performance of lifecycle team and provide feedback
