What Youll Own:

End-to-end inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health)

Shrinkage control loss identification, SOP implementation, audits & corrective actions

Complete dark store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns & reconciliation

KPI ownership: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity & SLA adherence

Manpower planning rostering, productivity tracking & performance management

Escalation handling inventory mismatches, operational disruptions, manpower gaps

Process compliance, safety & operational excellence across shifts

Training & capability building for scalable execution

Data-driven bottleneck identification & continuous improvement

Who Were Looking For:

15 yrs in Warehouse / Dark Store / Retail / E-commerce Ops

Strong knowledge of Cycle Count, Inventory Audits, Shrinkage

Team handling experience
