Job Description

To manage building maintenance, renovation work, and civil infrastructure to ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilities Management.
• Supervise daily civil repair and maintenance activities across the property.
• Monitor structural conditions and propose improvement plans.
• Coordinate renovation/refurbishment projects with contractors.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and property standards.
• Track material usage, maintenance costs, and vendor quality.
