Job Description

As the Deputy Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the inbound branch banking service. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient branch management, and effective team leadership. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to implement strategies, achieve business goals, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and regulated environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
