Utilise conneceted car data and develop/operate front end technicals soloutions like FOTA , Remote diagnostics
Working closely with field technical team to capture the best available procedure to diagnose problems"
Analyzing field failure reports , to release quick solutions to field "
Representing service to capture field failures in various new product DFMEA’s"

General Experience

Around 3 to 5 years experience in technical support in Automotive industry
