RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driving the testing projects & allocate the work destribution to team members (Overall responsible for the

certification & Testing)

Alignment & cross functioning with internal and external stake holders

Hands on experience in wiring harness reworking & able to work on the CAN communication protocol in the

vehicle as per the design guidance.

Study the regulation and understanding the testing standards (AIS, ECE, FMVSS, CQC, IEC, EEC, BIS, JIS, JASO, ISO

etc.)

Periodical review of Testing project activities, Multiple Testing & validation project Management

Report preparation, Review and updating to management, Annual budgeting Capital and Expences

Understanding of the Automotive Regulatory compliance requirements & Liasoining with Test agencies for

homologation & certification

Sample/vehicle submission to agencies and prepared the required documentation for the certification & make

the internal test report for the verification.

Test setup verification, test monitoring, witnessing test at test agencies (Like: ARAI. iCat, VRDE, Natrax) &

follow-up forthe certification and test reports.

Should have good interpersonal relations with Test agencies & Cross functioning with internal and external

stake holders

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

Minimum: BE / BTECH Electrical / Electronics Engineering

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):

Minimum 15 - 17 years of experience in driving automotive R&D vehicle / component testing projects of BLDC

Motor, MID drive motor testing, Head Lamp, OEM vehicle level testing, ECU testing, AC-DC testing etc.

Experience in vehicle testing & homologation, Software testing awareness, Vehicle Performance testing,

Enviornment Testing, Road testing, braking, EMC/EMI, electrical safety, range, durability, noise etc.

Support to design team in terms of technical guidance for the vehcile compliance requirement

Team building & hendling, Project management, Scheduling, costing & cross functioning

Ability to develop the vehicle & component testing requirement & facility in house.

Knowledge of Tools Canoe, PCAN, 5S, 3M, 5W2H.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Candidates should have all experience in Testing & Homologation, Lab Development and approx. 8-10 people to be

handled in previous organization
