Role Overview
The Deployment & Training Chef will play a critical role in the post-sales customer journey. This is not a sales position. The role focuses on client training, product deployment, technical demonstration, and customer experience enhancement after successful device installation.
The objective is to ensure customers fully understand, adopt, and effectively utilize the On2Cook device.
Key Responsibilities
1. Post-Sales Deployment & Setup
Support installation and deployment of On2Cook devices at client locations.
Ensure proper device configuration and readiness before handover.
Conduct live product trials to ensure operational clarity.
2. Client Training & Demonstration
Conduct structured training sessions for:
Restaurant staff
Cloud kitchens
Hotels
Institutional kitchens
Educate users on:
Device functionality
Cooking techniques
Safety protocols
Maintenance guidelines
Ensure clients can independently operate the device post-training.
3. Experience Center Training
Conduct live demonstrations at On2Cook Experience Centers.
Train walk-in customers and partners on:
Technical features
Speed & efficiency benefits
Recipe execution
Represent the brand professionally during demos and events.
4. Technical & Product Knowledge
Explain core technical aspects of the device in a simplified manner.
Coordinate with R&D and Technical teams for advanced queries.
Provide structured feedback from customers to improve product performance.
5. Customer Experience & Support
Act as a post-sales brand ambassador.
Ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Address operational challenges during early usage.
Maintain training reports and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 23 years in culinary operations / kitchen training / product demonstration.
Experience in hotels, QSR, cloud kitchens, or commercial kitchens preferred.
Prior exposure to kitchen equipment training is an advantage.
Skills Required
Strong culinary fundamentals.
Ability to conduct live demonstrations confidently.
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as per deployment requirements.
Structured, disciplined, and customer-focused approach.
