Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, analyzing project requirements, developing deployment strategies, and overseeing the implementation of the plan. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and execute deployment plans, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with project teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities. - Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan, identifying and resolving any issues or risks. - Analyze project requirements and develop deployment strategies to meet project objectives. - Oversee the implementation of the deployment plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the deployment plan. - Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their understanding of the deployment plan and their roles within it. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of deployment planning methodologies and best practices. - Experience in coordinating and managing deployment activities across multiple teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project requirements and develop deployment strategies. - Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation principles. - Experience in monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and resolving issues. - Familiarity with quality assurance processes and techniques. - Ability to provide guidance and support to team members during the deployment process. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
