Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve overseeing the deployment process, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of the plan. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. - Manage work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. - Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies. - Ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities. - Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of the plan. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of deployment processes and methodologies. - Experience in work planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent coordination and communication skills. - Knowledge of resource management and allocation. - Familiarity with project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
