Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Your typical day will involve collaborating with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Roles & Responsibilities: - Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. - Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. - Develop and maintain deployment-related documentation, including work plans, schedules, budgets, metrics, training materials, and resource plans. - Identify and manage deployment-related risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution. - Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to deployment activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of deployment planning and execution processes. - Experience in managing interdependencies and ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to identify and manage risks and issues related to deployment activities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Business & Technology Integration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful deployment solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
